THIRD PERSON She went back to her room, undid her hair, slipped into her nightgown and collapsed onto her bed. She fell asleep almost instantly, glad that the chaos was all over. Except it wasn’t. Songnara woke up to the pungent smell of blood. A stench that was so familiar to her. She lit the candle that was by her bedside table and crept outside to see blood sprawled all over the floor. She gasped, and a gust of wind blew the fire from her candle away. She heard noises of limbs being torn apart and blood slushing around. The sounds were disturbing, but she had to check and see what had happened. It was de ja vu. She had experienced this before as a child when her parents died. She remembered the blood sprawled across the wooden floor of her room. She remembered seeing her p
