“Oh, my,” Gina said with a click of her tongue. “This looks like bad news for you, right?”
Rena was upset by the news, but she still smiled politely. “I think if Lucy truly wishes to marry Leo, she would discuss it with him. After all, if Leo rejects her, then what can Lucy do?”
“Shut up!” Gina shouted angrily.
“Anyway, I wish Lucy the best in getting what she wants through talking to the Caswell's,” Rena added softly. Then, she gently pushed Gina to the side and exited the washroom.
When Rena arrived home, it was around seven o'clock. After she made a salad, she intended to take a shower before she received a call from Carl.
“Hi, coach,” Rena greeted.
“Rena, Leo and I are going to pick Victor up tomorrow. Do you want to go with us?”
Victor was coming back?
