The villa was warmly decorated in a modern, simplistic style. It had glossy beige tiles on the floor and white wool carpeting. There was a home gym and a guest room on the ground floor, while the living room, dining room, and kitchen were on the main floor. Upstairs was the master bedroom as well two additional rooms, and an office.
The backyard had lush flower gardens with a pavilion at the center. There were trees that provided privacy and a couple of ponds with koi fish in them. And tucked into the far corner was a vegetable garden.
After Rena toured the house, she bent down next to one of the fish ponds and watched a large koi swim around. She found a small stick nearby and used it to poke the water to create ripples.
