The Stranger

“What?” I shouted over the loud music. “Are you okay? You spaced out for quite some time there,” the bartender replied, pulling out a bottle of water and stretching it towards me. I shook my head, refusing the water, and attempted to gulp down the remaining liquid in my glass only for it to be empty. “Yeah, I'm f*****g fantastic,” I yelled with a sarcastic smile as I slid off the stool and mixed with the crowd. I pulled a bottle of beer off a man's hand and took a large swing. I attempted returning it back to him but he gave me a look of disgust and walked away. I shrugged. “More for me then.” The bottle could have been spiked or even laced with drugs but my security consciousness level was at zero. I honestly didn't care. Maybe then, I would know what these drugs actually tasted like. Each thought that came to my mind was chased away by a swig of beer. My mother will kill me, I just got expelled. Swig. Will this go on my record for life? A drug peddler? Swig. The news about me may already be getting printed in the Student's magazine. Swig. How did the drugs get into my bag in the first place? Swig. My eyes caught a pair of piercing brown eyes that were staring at me from across the room. I held his gaze for some time as I moved my hips to the beat of the music but he didn't take his eyes off me so I drew mine away. He was handsome from what I could see at that distance. Too bad dating was not a part of my plans as a third-year student since I had been “betrothed” to marry some rich asshole after college. I felt someone breathing down my neck. “You do realize that drink could have been anything. Do you always snatch bottles from the hands of grown men who could hurt you?” His voice was rich, smooth, and velvety but in a manly way. It was the kind of voice that wasn't heard often but turned heads whenever it was. “Not particularly. Do you always stalk girls who could bury their knees in your balls?” I asked as I raised my gaze to meet his. The rest of my smart remark got stuck in my throat when my eyes found his face. It was the man from across the room. I may have been a little tipsy and couldn’t make out his facial features, but I could tell he was the most handsome man I had ever seen. He was still dressed in slacks and a button-down shirt, so I could tell he stopped by on his way from work. I was staring at his plush lips and when they suddenly started moving, I realized he was talking but I heard nothing. “What?” I asked and attempted returning to my dancing which was a little hard to do with how intently he was watching me. “I wasn't stalking you. I was simply watching you,” he replied, still maintaining the stoic expression he carried. A man tried to grab my hips from behind me to dance but the man in front of me pushed him off. He raised his hands in surrender. “I'm Sorry, man. I didn't know she was your girl,” he said before walking away. “I'm not …” I started to say but the man had already mixed back in with the crowd. The brown-eyed man grabbed my waist to stop me from moving and keep me in place. “If you keep dancing that way, you'll keep attracting more of those sleazeballs,” he said, c*****g his head slightly. A thought crept into my mind and I'm sure he caught the devilish glint in my eyes just before I turned around and started grinding my hips against his groin as I danced. “Heyy! What are you doing?” I heard him ask as he distanced himself from me. I took a step closer to him and closed the gap between us. “You have to be closer for me to hear you over all this noise,” I said with a smirk. “Loosen up, have a little fun,” I teased, opening the top button of his shirt. “Don't be a party pooper,” I said with a pout. Rolling his eyes, he allowed me back him into a wall as I ground my hips to the rhythm against him. Soon enough, his muscular arms were grabbing at my waist. My skin felt like it was on fire as the heat of his hand penetrated my clothes. I could feel my panties dampening and I needed no further indication that I was turned on He suddenly spun me around to face him. I could see the clear lust dancing in his eyes and I smirked internally. I slowly drew my face to his, attempting to pull his lips to mine for a kiss. His lips looked like everything you could imagine. Our noses were touching when he just pulled away. “You're drunk, I don't want to take advantage of you.” I almost glared at him. “I'm not drunk, I'm just tipsy. Also, I certainly don't mind being taken advantage of by you,” I said with a small giggle as my hands roamed his chest. I had no idea where my newfound confidence came from, but I liked it. At that moment, I wasn't Ava Hale, I wasn't the girl who had just been expelled after being wrongly accused of drug peddling. I was just a girl and I wanted to get laid by the snack in front of me. I backed him into a corner by our side, away from the rest of the club. He was staring at me and I could see the last shred of self-control he had, slowly slipping away. “Just kiss me already,” I groaned internally, my thoughts clouded by lust. He arched a brow with amusement dancing on his face and I gasped. Oh s**t, I said that out loud. “Tu deseo es mi orden, bebé (Your wish is my command, baby).” He drew me towards him, inclined his face, and planted his mouth on mine. His lips were warm and soft, softer than I imagined. Without separating our lips, he hitched me up so that my legs were wrapped around his torso. He carried me in his arms upstairs and into a dark room, tossing me gently to the bed. “Shouldn't we get the room or something?” I asked when I managed to pull away breathlessly. “Doesn't matter. I own the place,” I felt his finger slide into my entrance and I gasped, completely forgetting what he said. “My…my name is..” I tried to say but the pleasure was more than I could take. “Shhhh! I don't wanna know,” he said, trailing his head down.
