Chapter 7Sinking the keys into the ignition, she was glad that she wasn’t some sort of i***t girl from the horror movies that she had watched when she was a teenager. The key slipped into the ignition and she twisted it. The car came to life with a quick shudder and she immediately felt warm air blowing on her while her baby was crying.
“It’s okay, Addy,” she tried to comfort her child the best that she could.
