I look at Sarah for what to do next. I am scared of the rejection but a part of me wonders if it is the best thing for me. What if he is like Chase, I can't take another Alpha mate who thinks of me as a plaything. Before I can speak Sarah does "Emma this is Xander Wolfe the Beta of the Wildfire Pack."
