The employees are restless about the constant presence of the police in the company , it feels like we are doing an inquisition within the company and I don't like that at all , I don't want the employees to feel that we don't trust them , and therefore start to create defensive feelings against the company. This is too bad , it shouldn't be happening , and I can only hope it ends quickly so that we can all go back to our usual lives.
