"Roxy--"
"Don't tell me you're going to say no to your girlfriend?"
"Ex."
"Whatever, Rox. I'm busy."
Nagmamadaling lumakad palayo si Caily. Damn.
"Who is that?" Roxy
"Next time nalang tayo mag-usap. I'll go now."
Tumakbo ako palapit kay Cai. I don't know why but I don't want the sight of her walking out from me.
"Caily!" tawag ko pero hindi niya nilingon.
Binilisan ko pa ang takbo at agad hinatak ang braso niya para patigilin sa paglakad. She glared at me. She's annoyed for reasons I don't know.
"What's wrong?" kalmadong tanong ko habang nakatitig sa mga mata niya.
"Why don't you go back to your girlfriend? Uuwi akong mag-isa."
My eyebrows furrowed then after a minute, I chuckled. Why does she look cute whatever she does?
