“I’m here, family!” Sofia walked into the dining room with her husband and her baby. She looked so beautiful and radiant. I have to say, I missed her. We might not be blood related, but we were all indeed a family.
“Welcome, beautiful!” she hugged me tight before pulling away with a pout on her face, “You’ve abandoned us, and I’ve missed you so much.”
“I know, sorry. I’ve been busy back in New York. But I’m here like you said, and we’re ready to have some fun.”
