MATT HAD STOOD IN LINE for over fifteen minutes. The line moved slowly, and Matt's need for caffeine grew more and put a metallic shine in his eyes. With narrowed eyes, he willed the cashier to move faster. Matt understood that the man was in training and had his limitations, but he refused to understand the logic of using a trainee at peak hours. What smart a*s thought it would be good for business?
