Sierra’s POV At lunchtime, we walked side by side through the corridors, her chatter keeping me distracted from my own nerves. We exchanged stories, laughing about little things and making plans to tackle the rest of the day together. Even though I still had so much to learn and adjust to, having Bella there made it all seem a bit less intimidating. We walked to the cafeteria together, where the tables were buzzing with students. I scanned the room, hoping to spot Jason.
