Sierra’s POV I chuckled nervously. “Yeah, I guess you caught me at a good time.” “So, how’s your first few days at this school been?” he asked, his eyes locked on mine with genuine interest. I hesitated for a moment. “It’s… been alright. Still adjusting, I guess.” “Adjusting?” He tilted his head, his expression curious. “What’s been the hardest part so far?” I shrugged, trying to play it off. “The usual. New faces, new routines. And, well… there’s a lot going on outside of school too.” Liam leaned back slightly, his gaze softening. “Sounds like you’ve got a lot on your plate. If you ever need someone to vent to, I’m a pretty good listener.” I found myself smiling despite my frustration. “Thanks, Liam.
