My eyes narrowed at him with the heat on my cheeks. I liked what he had to say, I liked the fact that he couldn't stay away from me, whatever it meant, I liked it a lot.
He shifted uncomfortably at where he stood and could no longer meet my gaze, he kept looking everywhere else except at me which was unlike him. He liked eye contact and was the one always pushing for it.
I stared at him, unable to speak myself. What he said made me feel butterflies in my stomach all over again and my cheeks were as red as they could ever be.
"He didn't say he was in love with you, stop daydreaming" Ruby snapped at me and walked out of the kitchen.
