I didn't like the way Allison flinched at the sight of her boss, she was the girl that would stand up for what she wanted and not the one who shivered at things that terrified her. Allison was daring and I knew immediately that something was wrong when she moved away from me.
She had refused to tell me what had happened the previous day but with her attitude and how quiet she was, I had a feeling that her boss had something to do with it. I also had the feeling that he had given her those red marks on her body the night before and the anger I had kept inside the moment I saw those marks on her body grew immensely.
