We drove to the next destination I had in mind. It was a hotel, that was why I told Ruby that we might not return that night. Though the beginning of the night had seemed pretty awesome, I slowly felt like it wasn't going to be the perfect night we both wanted after all.
I stole a glance at Allison who was looking outside the window. She seemed tensed and disturbed, she had been that way since we met her new neighbor at the bar. I felt uneasy about that guy but because they were neighbors, I was willing to play cool on my part but Allison was far from cool.
