CHAPTER NINE Robertson looked scared yet defiant when she sat in the interview room. She lifted her chin when Watters and Scuddamore walked in. “I never murdered Mr Grant,” Robertson repeated. “The evidence suggests otherwise,” Scuddamore said. “You had motive, with the eviction of your parents, and people heard you threaten to kill him. You had the means with making his food and coffee, and you had the opportunity with bringing him the coffee on the night he died. We also found these,” Scuddamore showed the flypapers, “in the potting shed we know you used.
