Falling asleep next to August was the easiest thing. I have never fallen asleep so quickly. I’m half werewolf, half moon elf, it’s hard to make my body sleep while the moon is out. But laying in his arms was the most comforting place I could ever be. Imagine my displeasure when he had to get up and leave at five in the morning to do his rounds and train with his men. I didn’t know I could be so crabby. I almost don’t remember it. I remember whining and not exactly yelling, I was too asleep for yelling. But I was talking rather loudly and angrily at him.
