“Austin.. Austin..”
A soft voice calling my name woke me up from my beautiful dream. A dream where I was really happy with my whole family. Granny, Eric, Josie, and Alice. We were together as we were supposed to be and deeply in love with each other. Everything was so perfect in that dream.
But just as I woke up and found Alice’s face right in front of me, everything came back to me. The truth of her character and the truth of that dream to be happy with her, just being a fantasy. But why did she wake me up? What does she need now? Isn’t it still clear to her that I don’t want to talk to her? Why is she even sitting on her knees right beside the bed to keep herself on my face level?
