" I saw something staring at us outside the window ", doctor walked out and Latha followed him.
" There was nothing doctor"
" I know I saw something , Latha. Where's the watchman ?", they walked to the entrance.
There they noted the watchman sleeping inside his cabin. His whole was covered with his blanket.
" See ! The security of our asylum. He is good only good at snoring. But when I ask him he will be like I have been guarding this place for a decade so don't tell me how to guard the asylum", said the doctor.
Latha: tries to hide her chuckle.
" Go and wake him up Latha".
Latha walked into the cabin and shouted, " Hey watchman !".
He didn't respond.
" Watchman ! Watchman ! Watchman ! ", she yelled continuous.
" What's with this guy ?", she slightly slapped onto his face for a couple of times.
She noticed his hair is wet. When she touched his head, she felt warm and thick liquid oozing out of his head. It's blood. Her heart froze for a second.
The howling sounds of the wolves and owls rose higher.
She rushed out of the cabin. " D-Doctor ! He is bleedin-".
The doctor disappeared. She carefully walked near the gate and searched for him. There wasn't any sign of him. Only the dogs running in the dark.
Suddenly a shadow fell over my shadow. I knew it wasn't the doctor's, cause it was way too gigantic. She slowly turned her head and saw a man standing behind her.
It's a tall man with a gigantic body. Before I could react, his tree trunk sized hands forcefully covered my entire mouth and nose. He dragged me inside and I noticed two standing inside our asylum. And more importantly, Doctor Jayakumar was under his feet.
All the intruders wore a black mask that flashed only their eyes and their tight shirts exhibited the muscles size. One of them had a huge metal hammer in his hand and he kept the doctor pinned on the floor by placing his boots over his face.
The doctor was gasping as his head was covered in blood too. The one with the hammer snapped his fingers and the giant behind removed his hand over my face.
I gasped.
" What's you name ? ", he asked.
" L-Latha ", I answered hesitantly.
" Look Latha. With your permission, we gonna borrow a rabbit from your asylum and we will be on our way once we get it. So what you are gonna do is, you gonna be a good girl and follow my instructions ", he asked with a completely calm face.
" Latha ! Call the cops ", but our doctor interrupted.
