*THIRD PERSON's POV* Eight Years Later "Princess?" a servant wearing her white long-sleeved inner blouse, a black flowy square type sleeveless dress, a silver ribbon tied on her waistline, a pair of grey socks, and black ankle-length shoes. "Princess? It's time to wake up now," the servant spoke again as she knocked three more times on the door of the Princess who was still fast asleep on her bed. And for the third time, the servant called out for her master again. "Princess Firea, please, you must get up now, or else the Queen will get mad at you again if you were late for breakfast," the servant said as she stood in front of the door and leaned her right ear closer to the door so she can listen to any response from the inside, but she did not hear anything, which made her sigh deeply and loudly. "Princess, please excuse my rudeness, but I will enter your room now," the servant apologized as she reached for the doorknob and gently twisted it to open the door. Then, she stepped inside the room, followed by another two female servants, and when all three of them entered the room, the first servant carefully closed the door behind her. After that, she walked her way towards the bed while the other two remained standing at the side of the door, waiting for a command. As the servant approached the bed, she saw the Princess still sleeping even after all those times that the servant called and knocked from the door. With another sigh from the servant, she decided to just gently pat the Princess on her left arm. "Princess...Princess...Princess Firea..." the servant kept calling for the Princess's name, trying to wake her up, but the Lady simply faced her body to her right, making her back face her servant. The servant shook her head in disbelief as she looked at the Princess on her bed, then, she walked towards the glass window and pulled the big and thick red curtains aside, allowing the sunlight to pass through the glass and into the room. "Princess Firea, it is morning already so you must get up now," the servant said as she neatly tied up the curtains to the side of the window using golden double-tassel tie backs. "Ugh, please close the windows, Suta," the Princess muffled as she buried her face on her soft pillow. "No can do, Princess. It is important for your health to receive some sunlight. Besides, you also have to join the Queen to breakfast, together with your older brother and sister," Suta answered and Princess Firea simply replied with a groan. "I will prepare your bath, Princess," Suta said and bowed her head at Princess Firea before walking towards the bathroom, leaving the Princess on her bed as she groaned again and remained still on the bed for another five minutes before pushing herself to get up and sat on her bed. Then, Princess Firea looked in the direction of the window and saw the bright morning skies outside together with the swaying trees as the wind blows to it. Princess Firea decided to step down from her bed and walked towards the glass window. Then, she opened it, allowing the cool and fresh breeze of air to enter her room. As the Princess stared outside her window while enjoying the breeze of air, she took a deep breath and smiled. "Today is another day to practice. Yes, and this time, I will do it perfectly," Princess Firea muttered to herself with a smile on her lips as she encourage herself and mentally gave herself a pat on her back. "Princess, your bath is ready," Suta spoke to Princess Firea as she stood beside the bed. "Alright, thank you," Princess Firea replied to Suta as she turned around and faced her servant with a genuine smile on her lips. Then, Princess Firea walked her way towards the bathroom, followed by Suta who stopped in front of the other servants first. "Please clean up Her Highness's bedroom," Suta commanded to the two female servants who were both assigned to serve Princess Firea as well. "Yes, Lady Suta," the two servants answered while bowing their heads at her a little bit, and after that, the two servants started to do their duty, which is to clean up the bedroom of Princess Firea. On the other hand, Suta helped Princess Firea in taking a bath by gently scrubbing the arms, legs, and back of the Princess, and massaging her scalp as she placed an amount of hair treatment shampoo on the Princess's black wavy hair. And after a thorough scrubbing, Suta rinsed off the soap and hair treatment from Princess Firea's body with a small pail of water. And after taking a bath, Princess Firea wore her red cotton bathrobe stepped out of the bathroom. "Oh, they're done cleaning already?" Princess Firea asked as she noticed that her room has been completely cleaned up during the time that she spent inside her bathtub. "It seems so, My Lady," Suta answered with a proud smile on her lips. "Your subordinates are quite impressive," Princess Firea complimented which made Suta smile even more. "I will make sure that your compliment will reach their ears, Your Highness," Suta replied as she formally bowed her head at the Princess by slightly lifting both sides of her dress and bowing her head at Princess Firea who simply nodded her head at her servant. "Suta, help me get dressed, please," Princess Firea said to her servant who quickly obeyed her command, with a genuine smile on her lips. "Of course, My Lady," Suta responded, and both of them went into the dressing room of the Princess's bedroom, and picked out a simple yet elegant dress from the set of sets of dresses inside. "How about this green one, Your Highness?" Suta asked and showed Princess Firea a fitted dress that will surely reach her ankles. "Uhm, no. I don't think that will be appropriate to wear while joining mother with breakfast," Princess Firea said, and Suta also agreed with her, so she quickly placed the dress back into the wardrobe. Then, she pulled out a black female suit with golden linings and embroideries on it. "Well, that one is best suited when riding a horse or fighting someone," Princess Firea commented as she looked at the dress that Suta picked out for the second time, while Princess Firea placed her right hand under her chin and her left hand below her right elbow. "Then, how about this sky blue dress, Princess?" Suta suggested again as she pulled out a sky blue dress with a golden ribbon on its neckline, and gold linings on the hem of its sleeves. The dress looks simple but classy at the same time, which made Princess Firea smile. "That will be perfect, Suta," Princess Firea answered to her servant. "Then, I will help you put it on, My Lady," Suta said to Princess Firea while showing her sincere and sweet smile. "That would be a great help, Suta. Thank you," Princess Firea replied to her servant with a genuine smile plastered on her lips. Then, both Princess Firea and Suta walked towards the whole body mirror, and Suta went straight behind the Princess. And as Suta saw the reflection of the Princess in the mirror, she could not stop herself from smiling as she remembered how she took care of Princess Firea ever since she was still a young witch Princess. "Your Highness, you don't have to thank me. I am simply doing my duties as your lady-in-waiting," Suta responded to Princess Firea as she carefully helped the Princess in wearing the sky blue dress that Suta suggested. Then, Firea shook her head in disagreement as she looked at Suta through the mirror. "No, Suta. It is only natural for me to thank you for your hard work. Besides, you are not just my servant, but also a good friend of mine," Princess Firea spoke sincerely towards Suta, which made the servant smile as well. "I am honored to hear that Princess, but in order for us not to raise any negative ideas from the others, especially the Queen, please refrain from saying such things when there is someone else around us," Suta replied to Princess Firea. "Haha, alright, if you say so," Princess Firea agreed while shrugging her shoulders. "Thank you for your understanding, Princess," Suta thanked the Princess as she stepped in front of the Princess and carefully tied the ribbon around the neckline of the dress. And after a few more minutes of checking and making sure that the dress is perfectly neat and clean as the Princess wears it, Suta nodded her head in satisfaction and smiled at the Princess. "You look beautiful, Princess Firea," Suta complimented the Princess as she stepped aside from the mirror and smiled at the Princess. "Haha, you always say those words to me, Suta, but still, thank you," Princess Firea answered with a fresh smile on her lips. Then, Princess Firea looked at her reflection in the mirror and smiled as she felt satisfied with her physical appearance while wearing the dress that Suta picked out for her. "I hope mother will notice me today," Princess Firea whispered as she smiled at her own reflection from the mirror, but her eyes are showing her sadness as she recalled how her mother was ignoring her for her incapabilities. "Don't worry Princess. I am sure the Queen will speak to you today," Suta tried to comfort and cheer for Princess Firea as she tried her best to give the Princess an encouraging smile. "Yes, let's hope for that to happen," Princess Firea replied to her servant. Then, after staring at her own reflection for another five seconds, Princess Firea took a deep breath and faced Suta. "Let's go join the Queen for breakfast," Princess Firea said and Suta simply bowed her head at the Princess and Princess Firea started walking elegantly towards the door of her dressing room, then, Suta followed behind her. The two walked their way towards the front door of the Euthoria Palace. Euthoria Palace is the name of the palace where Princess Firea is currently living, starting from the time she reached ten years old, and there are about thirty maidservants and thirty manservants who were assigned in this palace are all loyal to serve the Blackwood Royal Family. Aside from the sixty servants, Princess Firea also has her own lady-in-waiting, and that is Suta. The lady-in-waiting is the one who is responsible for the royal family's commands such as running errands, delivering messages, organizing correspondence, as well as attending to personal matters, and accompanying her on royal tours and visits. However, in Suta's case, Princess Firea does not only consider her as a servant, but also a close friend on which she can always depend every time she feels so down or sad. As Princess Firea and Suta stepped outside the Euthoria Palace, a carriage for the Princess is already prepared and is ready for departure any time soon, and when the valet saw Princess Firea approaching, together with her lady-in-waiting, he quickly approached the carriage's door and opened it, then he placed the footplate of the carriage so the Princess won't have any difficulties in getting in or out of the carriage. "Greetings, Your Highness, Princess Firea," the valet and the carriage coach greeted Princess Firea while bowing their heads in her direction. "Good morning to you two as well. Please, take me to the Queen's palace," Princess Firea commanded towards the coachman. "As you command, Your Highness," the coach answered and immediately get on the perch on the driver's seat of the carriage. Then, Princess Firea approached the carriage, and the valet offered his hand to assist the Princess. "Princess, please allow me to assist you as you go inside the carriage," the valet said while bowing his head and placing his hand beside the open door. "Thank you," Princess Firea answered and placed her soft hand on the valet's open hand, and the man carefully and gently assisted the Princess as she stepped inside the carriage. "You too, My Lady," the valet spoke again while looking and smiling at Suta. "Huh? Oh, uhm..." Suta hesitated to enter the same carriage with the Princess, and Princess Firea noticed her uneasiness, so the Princess quickly smiled at Suta and called her in. "Come, join me here, Suta," Princess Firea spoke towards her lady-in-waiting and smiled genuinely, which helped ease Suta's mind. "Yes, Princess. Thank you for inviting me in," Suta replied to Princess Firea and the valet helped Suta as well as she stepped inside the carriage. After making sure that both ladies have taken their seats inside the carriage, the valet closed the door of the carriage, and after a few seconds, the coachman started driving towards the direction of the Queen's palace called Windshire Palace, the largest palace that can be found in the Majiro Kingdom. This palace used to be the King's palace, but ever since the King, Queen Wazanea's husband, died a few years ago, the Queen moved to the Windshire Palace as she take over the responsibilities left by the deceased King. After ten minutes of riding the carriage in silence, Princess Firea suddenly spoke while looking outside the window. "I wonder if brother Falco and sister Felecity are already there," Princess Firea uttered. "I'm guessing that the first Princess, Princess Felecity might be there already since she is quite a strict person, even to herself. But, for the first Prince, I am not sure, My Lady," Suta answered Princess Firea's words, which made the Princess turn to face her and giggled. "You're right. Sister Felecity is a serious person, and she's also used to being summoned early in the morning. On the other hand, brother Falco is not a morning person so I'm guessing he has not arrived there yet," Princess Firea replied while imagining what her siblings are most likely to be doing right now. I think sister Felecity is already having some morning tea while waiting in the Windshire Palace's dining room. While brother Falco is probably yawning right now while riding his carriage or worse, he's still sleeping on his bed. Princess Firea thought to herself and giggled. "Princess, we just passed through the gate of the Windshire Palace," Suta announced which caught the Princess's attention and she took a deep breath before sitting properly on her seat. And after two or three minutes of riding and waiting, the coachman announced their arrival in the Windshire Palace. "We have arrived, Your Highness," the coachman said after knocking three times in the glass window that slides aside every time the passenger has something to say to the coachman and vice versa. "Alright. Thank you," Princess Firea thanked the coachman and waited for the valet from the Queen's palace to open the door of the carriage, and when it did, Suta first stood up from her seat and stepped outside of the carriage. "Princess, please be careful as you stepped out of the carriage," Suta reminded the Princess and watched carefully as Princess Firea stepped down from the carriage with the help of the valet who offered his hand for the Princess. "Thank you," Princess Firea thanked the valet who simply bowed his head at her. Then, Princess Firea and Suta started walking into the Windshire Palace, and they were welcomed by the maidservants and menservants that are working in the palace, all of the servants are lined up perfectly at both sides of the door, with the men at the left and women on the right. "Good morning and welcome to the Windshire Palace, Your Highness the second Princess, Princess Firea," all of the servants greeted Princess Firea in unison while they are all bowing their heads, placing their right hand over their left chest, and for the women, slightly raising the hem of their skirts. "Good morning everyone," Princess Firea genuinely smiled at the servants who suddenly became happy for receiving such warm and genuine greetings from a member of the royal family. And at the end of the line, Princess Firea saw the head maid of the Windshire Palace standing in the middle of both lines. Upon seeing Princess Firea, the head maid immediately slightly raised the hem of her skirt, bowed her head, and placed her right hand on her left chest as a sign of respect and bowing down to someone with a higher status in society. "I, Bishate, the head maid assigned for the Windshire Palace, greets Your Highness, the second Princess, Princess Firea," the head maid said towards Princess Firea. "Ah, yes, good morning," Princess Firea spoke in return as she continued to walk towards the inner part of the palace while the head maid and Suta simply followed behind her. "Oh, right. Have any of my brother and sister arrived here already?" Princess Firea asked the head maid as she took a glance of her from her peripheral vision. "Huh? Ah, yes, Princess Firea. However, Prince Falco has not arrived yet, Your Highness," the head maid answered and Princess Firea only nodded her head as a response. I knew it. Brother Falco is not here yet, which means I have to face sister Felecity all by myself today. Princess Firea thought to herself which made her worry for herself for just a few minutes. But then, when they finally arrived at the antechamber's front door, Princess Firea took a deep breath and knocked three times on the door. Then, a maidservant from the inside of the room opened the door for Princess Firea. And as the second Princess stepped inside the room, she immediately noticed two ladies-in-waiting and two more menservants standing at the side of the room, while a certain lady, wearing an all-black royal knight's uniform with golden linings on the hem of the sleeves, a silver brooch with round shape and a sapphire gem in the middle is pinned on the left upper chest area of the woman's uniform, and lastly, a pair of cold eyes are staring straight at Princess Firea as she looked at the direction of the woman. Princess Firea took another deep breath and smiled awkwardly at the woman. "G-Good morning, sister Felecity," Princess Firea greeted her older sister who just stares at her without saying anything.
