“I could have sworn I saw movement somewhere near this area” I hear the voice say, before another pipes up “I don’t see or smell anything, man. What did you think it was?”.
“I… I thought it was a human female. Naked”. “Ooooooh that was why you were in such a rush!” the second voice snickers, and I have to suppress the growl wanting to leave my throat. I can faintly smell their vile scents, as the wind is blowing in my direction I guess, and I can immediately tell they are rogues. I have never met any thus far, luckily. I have to suppress some gags in order to not blow my cover here, they really smell terribly. I wonder if this is what I will smell like in some time?
