*** 3 days later ***
It has been 3 days since Val escaped. 3 full, long *ss days. These 3 days have felt like eternity though. I have no way to contact her and check if she is OK, and I am worried sick about her. Even though she has got her wolf now, and she appears to have a strong Alpha wolf, I could tell both Val and her wolf had been drained from the past week. Not only was she tortured beyond the stuff of nightmares, she wasn’t fed and wasn’t given any water or anything at all. That she was still alive was a miracle on its own. I packed her loads of supplies, but I hope she doesn’t run into any rogues before she gets her strength back up. Goddess, please let her be OK.
