Lady Ann's POV
I can't help but feel the pity of a mother for this poor lady laying on the bed lifeless with a tube running from her mouth to I don't know what. There's also some tube which is connected to some drip.
Her car fell of a cliff, God knows what distracted her.
"She's been unconscious for hours and I can see she's pregnant. Poor lady." A nurse says making me sigh.
"She might not survive and even if she survives, she may not be able to remember anything and her face is really damaged. She will have to undergo two different surgeries." The doctor tells me.
"Two?"
"Yes, Ann. We have to remove the baby because it's mother is unconscious and the baby has to survive although it's a premature baby and I'm perfectly sure that she will want a plastic surgery because of how damaged her face is."
"Do both, I will pay."
"You're too generous Ann."
"It's nothing, I lost my son to an accident too and I have sworn to never let anyone die from an accident as long as I can be of help."
"I'm sorry Ann. You must have been through a lot of pain."
"You don't need to be sorry about that. That's what fate has for me and I have accepted it and not to forget I have a lot of children now."
"Yes, you own the children's home and you've been a very good mother to those kids."
"Yeah."
The beeping sounds of whatever machines she's connected to increases and she's wheeled out of the room.

"Bethany, move close. She's awake, you too Ann."
"dov'è il mio bambino? portami dalla mia piccola." She says touching her now flat tummy as the baby has been removed successfully and placed in an incubator.
"She doesn't speak English?" Doctor Mira asks.
"I wouldn't know Mira, but that's Italian. She's asking for her baby." I tell Mira and move to touch the lady whose face is wrapped because of the plastic surgery.
"If she remembers her baby, then that's a good news. Most cases the victim tends to lose their memory."
"Ask her what her name is." Nurse Bethany my housekeeper says and I nod.
"come ti chiami, signora?" I ask.
"Lady Ann just asked her what her name is." Beth translates for Mira who seems lost.
"dove sono, dov'è il mio bambino?"
"The patient just replied her, she's asking for where she is and where her baby is." She translates again and Mira nods.
"Ann, it's a normal reply to questions when most patients wakes up. They ask of there where-about." Mira tells me.
"I'll tell her where she is, should I not?"
"You can tell her." Mira replies me.
"Sei in un ospedale e il tuo bambino sta bene, hai avuto un incidente. La tua macchina è caduta da una scogliera." I tell her.
"Lady Ann just told her she's in a hospital with her baby in perfect condition skipping the incubator aspect. She also told her about the accident." Beth translates for Mira.
"Portami dove è il mio bambino, voglio vedere il mio bambino."
"She's asking to see her baby." I tell Mira.
"No, she can't move now."
"I know." I reply Mira.
"riesci a malapena a muoverti e inoltre la tua faccia è stata avvolta. sarà aperto quando la tua faccia è a posto." I continue.
"Lady Ann just told her that she can't move because of her face."
"va bene."
"She says okay." Beth tells Mira.
"Ask for her name." Mira tells me.
"Okay." I reply.
"Come ti chiami?"
"Lady Ann just asked for her name."
"Non conosco il mio nome, non riesco a ricordare chi sono. So solo che ho un bambino."
"She said she doesn't know her name that she doesn't remember who she is, she's just aware that she has a baby." I and Beth says in unison.
"Oh no, that's bad." Doctor Mira says shaking her head.
