I rang Andrea's doorbell and sometime later, she opened it.
“Hi….” I forced an awkward smile as soon as she opened it.
“Kate….” She muttered, adjusting her glasses.
Andrea started walking back to her laptop and I followed her in.
“Applying for more jobs, huh?” I asked as if I cared.
“It's tons of rejections. I'm literally tired” She grunted, taking a seat in front of her laptop. Silly girl. What I'm about to do might seem suspicious but I don't care so far she suspects while she is away, far away from our lives.
I sneakily checked if the drug substance was inside my purse while she focused on her laptop.
I'm sorry Andrea, a girl has to do what she has to do. I heaved a deep sigh. I didn't think my obsession with Fred would get me to this extent but I'm in for it.
