For a long time, he’d considered moving, but the house had been in his family for generations. On the way to the bedroom, they reached the glass cabinet in the hall, an addition put in by Gloria. As Neil’s pace slowed, Richard winced. How could he be so stupid to invite his lover here prior to removing the unit? He should at least clean out its contents.
