Chapter Sixteen Because I was all wet, our hosts offered me a set of dry clothes and showed me the wash room cabin to put them on. The dark and sturdy wear looked suspiciously like Asto military gear. The disgusting water had made my skin itchy. My wet clothes still smelled of the algae. I put them in the waterproof bag which the hosts had also helpfully provided. The algae crap had already dried in a film of silk-like filaments over the panel of my weapon. I took it into the main cabin of the craft, hoping that someone would have a maintenance kit. Of course, Sheydu did.
