I ended up falling asleep with Tamara in my arms, but I wasn't able to sleep very long. When I awakened an hour or so later, I noticed right away that Tamara's mum and Bethany had also passed out.
Dr. Nelson seemed baffled by their state of complete unresponsiveness, and his concern about it quickly rubbed off on me. I was warned by Tamara and Coralanna that something like this could happen, but I didn't know it would be quite so extreme.
