EPISODE THREE: CHAOS

“ What is happening? Why has my father not come back yet , I thought he would be back now , Elias , do you know anything . Has he called you , I want to know what happened right now “ Eleanor spoke to one of their clan members names Elias , at that moment it seems like he was the only one who could explain what could have happened, since she had no idea .

“Eleanor , they ought to have come back by now , maybe some of the things didn’t go as planned . That’s the only explanation that I can give . But it should be back soon “

“ But you know where this silly battle is meant to take place don’t you and with who ? “

“ Yes of course , sir Dylan mention it himself , the Greg’s clan “

“ I just don’t even understand why he would not listen to me , the only thing I can think about this fight or battle of knowing the leader is just silly to me ,I have absolutely no idea why he would want to do that , they don’t even bother us , do they? “

“ Oh they do alright , but I just it’s just two old people who think they should fight it out to let each other know who has the upper hand , there should not be any blood shed “

“ I bet he will be back soon but I doubt this whole thing is child’s play to him , and please go easy on him , you are the only one he has “

“ Whatever Elias , where is Jess ? I need some food I’m famished “

Jess has just finished serving Eleanor ‘s food and had been really glad when she had been asked to join her .

“ My girl , God bless your heart , but I just feel satisfied watching you eat deliciously , I’m just full watching you “ Jess a round woman in her fifties with her heart of gold , she has a pretty blonde hair that has developed over the years and she has refused to dye , has been in their family for years , even before she was born , Jess has practically raised her when her mother had died juts a few years after she was given birth too , even before she died . So in other words, Jess is like a grand mama to her .

“ You say the kind words , but I will no have you talking your way out of this one , you made this , you should eat out of it “ Eleanor said taking a plate and dishing some of the food in it .

“ Here , I want to be satisfied seeing you eat too . And also , did my father also tell you why he is doing what he went to do ? I mean the fight and all “

“ Oh you know once your father puts his mind into something , it is extremely hard to get it off of his mind , you guys are so alike that way. But you don’t have to worry about anything , your father told him , he is not really going there to fight him , by the way . Your father is not even meeting the Alpha himself , he is meeting his son , he wouldn’t fight with the Alpha ‘s son now , would he ? “

“ Well , I hope so . I don’t want him talking about this non stop for the entire week “

Just as Eleanor and Jess were eating and talking ,

They heard a commotion just outside the house.

She went outside to see what was happening.

“ I want to see Eleanor “ a man was outside demanding to see her and just her only .

“ What’s wrong , who are you and why are you calling my name ? What happened “

“ Your father has asked him to deliver a message to you and that there is no time , he said to tell you that everything had backfired and that he won’t be able to come home for a while and you should go in to hiding too , and that to tell you that some other clan have probably listened to his threats and has worked on it . They have gone to invade the Greg’s clan and they have probably done the worst . That you should go back to your school or take that job you got last two weeks . . . “

“ Hold on , what In Pete ‘s name are you saying with your mouth , my father did what ? “ she asked in disbelief

“ Well , he said to just do what you and him discussed the last time “

“ W H A T !?” This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in my life , is this some type of a joke ? “

“ I wish it was , but I have done my part , I promised I would deliver this message and here I am Doing just that “

It was Elias who asked the question , when it seems like Eleanor has still not grasp the gravity of the situation they were in , or maybe she just decided not to accept it .
