“Avery you better watch yourself on this job.” Joe laughed.
“Why?” I asked.
“The guy we are doing the extension for has two daughters, one your age and one two years older than you.” He said.
“What has that got to do with anything?” I said, confused.
“You will see once we get in. You are the type daddies little princesses go for, watch your back.” He said, “You may not be “the bad boy” you used to be, but you still got that appearance about you.” He added.
I laughed, shaking my head. I am not interested in anyone else; I have all I need back home. We were starting a new job today, a six week one in one of the wealthier parts of town, apparently the guy was some huge business owner that everyone knew.
