Candice woke up early Saturday morning, groaning as the bright light hit her eyes. She stumbled to the bathroom and showered, threw on some gym clothes and started the kettle boiling. Laurie was still sleeping peacefully when Candice shook her awake. "Five more minutes" Laurie moaned, putting the pillow over her head.
"You can stay home if you want" Candice said cheerfully as Laurie peeked under the pillow at her.
"No I wanna go" she pouted getting up, and starting to look for clothes.
Candice chuckled as she went and made herself a coffee, inhaling it's aromatic scent, beginning to wake up, feeling more like a human. She was on her second cup when Laurie came bouncing in and helped herself to some cereal.
