Again, the assembly call passed quickly from one cadet to the next. This time, the meeting would be at the spirit circle on the one substantial hill inside the Titan Base compound. With less than ten days to go to E-Day, a few final plans and orders had to be shared. Jamison and Floyd hurried to the scene right after evening chow. Nakai and his seconds were there already. By ones, twos, and a few small groups, the Native American cadets gathered, quiet this time. Any jubilation was muted and restrained. By now, every man and woman knew the danger, the importance, and the need for the entire group to operate as a seamless whole.
