Chapter 10
By the time I get home, some of the anger has faded, and I try and put on a believable smile before I walk in the door. Unfortunately my parents know me too well and they notice that their usually sunny daughter is not as happy as usual.
“Has that bloody Prince been near you upsetting you again? He is the only one who can make your bright face dull” dad asks, trying not to show his anger.
“It’s fine I dealt with him, hopefully it will be a while before he bothers me again, let’s just forget it and enjoy this wonderful meal you and mum have done for me” I say with a sigh.
