Christian’s POV
We rode back to the palace as I called my generals and asked for the knights to show up at my study during the night time.
“My alpha, what happened to you?” A general asked as I shrugged.
“It’ll heal. Now do as I say.”
With that I started for my room to see Laura ready to welcome me but when she found the bruises on my body, she recoiled.
“What happened to you?!” She screamed as I sighed.
