Christian’s POV We circled each other, our breaths coming out in frosty puffs. The woman suddenly stopped before she struck with lightning speed, her blade a blur of motion. But I evaded her strikes, sidestepping and dodging with a warrior's grace. Every movement was a calculated risk, every counterattack a lethal blow.
