Mila checked Roes time to time as they run miles away from Troy and Jin, she learned her mistake that's why she's determined not to repeat it again. Their current circumstances was still traumatizing her especially the fact that Jin was no longer with them but they need to adjust emotionally and mentally in a more faster way so that in whatever future they have ahead, they may be stronger enough to keep their lives.
They may even see each other dying in the end.
At this line of thought, Mila got distracted and accidentally bumped her toes on an exposed root of a certain tree and stumbled.
"Hey are you okay?" Roes asked immediately as she helped her up.
"I-I'm fine haha just got a little distracted." Mila forcefully laughed it away as her toes tingled in pain but she can manage anyway.
