“Hey, baby.” Blair slides a hand up my back as the bell rings for the end of class. “My parents are out again for a while tonight. You want to come over?”
Normally I don't have to think about that for a second, but today I hesitate for some reason. And then before I can answer, I receive a mind-link from the Alpha.
Micah, Logan would like to see you at the pack house.
That shocks me. Logan hasn't invited me over in a really long time. He can't mind-link me directly yet because he doesn't have his wolf, so his dad must be passing the message on. I quickly reply.

“They need me at the pack house,” I tell Blair now, liking how important it makes me sound. “I don't know how long I'll be, but I'll call you later if I'm free.”
