"Xander, I promise, we are good." I said as he pulled me close, breathing in my scent again.
"I just feel so awful I put you in the hospital." He grumbled.
He hadn't left my side since the hospital. Like literally, on me for the past two days. He almost refused to let me pee in peace. It was becoming insufferable. I was fine, a little shaken up, but fine. Levi was there to help and everyone was okay in the end.
"You didn't know it would happen, and you did the right thing." I reassured him, again. "You told me you fed off of hundreds of others and never had a problem. Why would I have been any different?
