I sighed and set down the book I was reading, the same one I had been reading for the past hour, stuck on the same paragraph, re-reading it over and over and over again, my head too consumed by my fight with Xander to comprehend what I was reading. I wasn't entirely surprised when the doorbell rang, but I was surprised that it was Levi standing outside my door with chocolates and flowers and not Xander.
"Hi." I said, trying not to project my anger towards his twin onto him. Yet.
"Hello darling, can I come in?" He asked, handing me the gifts.
I nodded and stepped aside, taking a whiff of the flowers before closing the door behind my mate. "I'm guessing he told you about our fight?" I asked, bringing the flowers and chocolates to the kitchen.
