When Aloida looked out the window of the car she noticed a marvelous structure in front of her. She cannot say that it was like a mansion, because it was definitely bigger and more grand than the mansion of Isaac where they were living. She can say that what she was seeing was like a castle or maybe a palace. It was the epitome of elegance, wealth, and power. It has towering walls, made from shining white marble, that seem to ascend proudly toward the sky. The impressive courtyard has gardens on each side adorned with flowering plants of multiple colors, and the elegant fountain stood in the midst before you could walk into a wide pathway leading to the main door.
But before she got out of the car, she glanced at Lexandro and reached for his hand. He looked at her and raised his eyebrows.
