Months later . . .Nutti's Residence in the hills.
Knock, knock, knock, knock.
Mrs. Nutti quickly took her plate of food and placed it on the dining table before briskly walking through the living room, to the front door.
"I am coming," she called out as she approached.
She stopped to look through the peephole and saw, Ari. She smiled and opened the door.
“Oh, hi, Ari, it’s so good to see you again,” Mrs. Nutti greeted as she hugged Ari.
“Hi, Mrs. Nutti. Sorry for coming so unexpected. Is Ren here?” Ari asked, trying to look inside.
“No, my child. Is something wrong? Did you two have a fight again?” Mrs. Nutti asked with a worried look on her face.
“Oh, no, nothing like that. I just wanted you to give him this for me,” Ari said as she handed Mrs. Nutti an envelope.
“Sure, I will give him. Why can’t you give him yourself?” Mrs. Nutti asked as Ari turned to leave.
“I -I won’t be here. I‘m going to look for my dad in Bráanzalia. I miss him,” Ari said, turning to smile at Mrs. Nutti.
“I understand. Say no more. He will get it when he returns from his exam. Don’t you need to take the exam, child?” Mrs. Nutti inquired.
“No, I got exempted. I took them last year as extra credit, so I wouldn’t have to do them this year,” Ari replied.
“Extra credit. I always knew you were a bright girl. Take care, my child, and have a safe flight,” Mrs. Nutti advised.
“Thanks, Mrs. Nutti. I will be back in a month or two,” Ari replied as she waved goodbye.
Ari slowly walked to her car, then paused as she opened her red convertible, she stopped to look back at the town in the distance. "I will be back soon," she whispered to the wind.

Later that evening . . .
“Mom, I am okay. I am just going to spend some time with Dad. I miss him,” Ari said as she packed the last of her things in her suitcase.
“What about graduation and Ren?” Mrs. Saunders asked, hoping her daughter would change her mind, knowing that once Ari had her mindset, it would take a miracle to change it again.
“Mom, I told Ren we will see each other when I return. But right now, I just want to see Dad. Besides, we can talk via Skype or w******p or video-chat,” Ari assured her mother.
“Why can’t you do this with your father instead of travelling alone? I don’t think it’s safe,” Mrs. Saunders said, trying to calm herself.
“Mom, relax. I have done this before, remember? You and Dad have always been shipping me off to each other. What’s the difference now?” Ari asked, trying to understand her mother’s sudden concern for her visit to her father.
“It’s not the same. I would pick you up and your father would meet you at the airport. He won’t even be in Bráanzalia on the day you arrive, Ari,” Mrs. Saunders complained.
“Mom, please stop worrying. I know where I am going. I have been there many times. Besides, Dad’s driver will be picking me up at the airport. Stop worrying. I will call you when I land,” Ari said as she hugged her mother.
“My beautiful little Ariel, be careful. I love you,” Mrs. Saunders said as she held on to Ari, feeling this might be the last time she’d see her daughter.
“Bye, Mom. That’s my plane they’re loading now. Ah, Mom, please don’t cry. I will be back before you know it. I love you too,” Ari replied as she kissed her mom on the cheek before running to catch her flight.

June 2015
While everyone was in anguish for Ren, Renwar encountered a supernatural visitation.
A thundering voice echoed from the heavens:
“Revelation 1:19–20 King James Version (KJV):
“Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;
“The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.”
Hearing the voice, Renwar tried to understand what it was and who was speaking. Where am I? Am I dead? This place looks far from modern times. This is wrong. I must be dreaming. This can’t be real, he thought as he pinched himself. As Renwar, not understanding that he was in a coma, continued to take in the view of his new surroundings, seeing men and women dressed in olden days’ Roman outfits, he noticed no vehicles, electricity, and shopping malls—nothing seemed familiar. As he continued walking, he saw a man sitting upon a rock, writing on what looked like a scroll, robed in white with sandals on his feet.
Who is that? Is that the voice of God? What am I seeing? he thought to himself. “Can anyone hear me? Who is that old-looking man on the rock? Where did he get those clothes?” he continued.
“Perhaps the question thee should ask is when are ye?” a voice said suddenly, and an angel appeared.
Thee? Ye? Who talks like that? What am I seeing, an angel? I must be really dead! Renwar concluded, holding his head as he felt a sharp pain hit him like a bullet train.
“Ye are not dead yet,” the angel replied.
“Yet! What the hell are you trying to tell me?”
“There is no hell here. Ye have travelled back in time, to where the book of Revelation will be revealed. This was a period of great persecution for Christians and Jews,” the angel said.
“Look, I think you have me confused with Ari. She is a Christian, I am not, and I do not believe in God anymore. If there was a God, my mom would not have run off with the preacher man. We used to be a happy family, going to church together, and then suddenly, we were not Christian enough to be a part of her life anymore. Why was my girlfriend r***d? Why was she left for dead in the woods when she was seven? And where is she now? Is she okay?” Renwar babbled on. “Why is there so much heartache and pain? Children are starving and dying, some are being r***d by their relatives, friends, or strangers. Every day someone dies, suicide bombers, suicide pilots crashing planes into buildings and mountains. There is no God. There is no heaven. There is no hell. There are only people, there is only me. I can’t depend on anyone but myself,” he continued with his questions.
“Who am I?” the angel asked.
“That’s easy. You’re a figment of my imagination. As to why I am seeing you, I can’t say.”
“Renwar Vallée!” said a booming voice.
“Who is that? Who are you?” he asked as he turned, searching to see who spoke.
“I am the I Am. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the Creator of all.”
“Why am I here?” Renwar asked.
“I called you by name so you can be a witness to what I am about to reveal to you. I want you to spread the gospel far and wide. I want you to do miracles and inspire others to Jesus Christ.”
“How can I inspire others to Jesus Christ when I don’t believe in him or you? And why should I? When have you ever done anything for me?”
“I have always been with you, even when you never knew me. I’ve walked with you and waited for you to call my name, but you never did. This time I want you to watch and see what is to come and to choose where you wish to go, heaven or hell.”
“What am I watching?”
In his booming voice, God said, “Wait and see!”
“Who is that writing? And what is he writing?” he asked.
“His name is John. He is my scribe. He writes all the things that are to come upon the earth.”
“Why is he writing?”
“I want everyone to know what will happen so that they know they have a choice to make. They must choose carefully where they want to go.”
“What is there to choose? Right, wrong? Hell, or heaven?”
“Have you not felt that there is always something more that is needed in your life?”
“Yes. But that is because I need to find myself and do what I believe is right for me. I believe I make the right decision every day. Like today, I decided to race to win back my graduation gift my dad gave me before he left for the army. And then you made a stupid dog come in my way and killed me, well, just for you to bring me here. What kind of a God are you?”
“I have many names, and I believe in giving my people the opportunity to redeem themselves, as there is no chance to do so in the grave.”
“How can I commit to you? And I have never really known you. From what I experienced, you are a selfish God, taking my mom and Ari away.”
“I have never advised your mother to do what she did. Each person interprets my Word differently and claims they are doing my bidding when they are not. I believe in family and in working together for the good of all.”
“If that is the case, you can’t just show me what is to come. You have to tell me who you are and then you show me what is to come so I can make an informed decision.”
“I will tell you seven of my most powerful names. By these names, you will have a better understanding of who I am.”
Renwar, smiling, said, “You are really full of yourself, aren’t you? Seven powerful names. Wow! Lay them on me. What are they?”
“I will start at the beginning. Elohim was the first name revealed in the book of Genesis 1:1. In the beginning, God (Elohim) created the heavens and the earth. My next name is Yahweh—I Am. I revealed this name to Moses when he was to tell Pharaoh about me to release the Israelites from s*****y. I am also called Adonai—the Lord Is Master.”
“Hmmm. I see, so you want everyone to bow down and worship you, calling you Lord and Master.”
“It is a choice you have to make. I will not force anyone to bow down and worship me. I am after all your creator. I created the world and formed man in my own image. I created man to worship me. But it is still their choice.”
“What happened to all the angels? Don’t they worship you? Why is it so important for man to worship you? Don’t you think you might have a swollen head if you get too many praises?”
“The purpose of creating the world is a manifestation of my glory. The heavens declare my glory, and the firmament shows my handiwork.”
“I see. You were lonely and wanted company then?”
“I am not alone. There are three of us to make one.”
“Okay, now I am confused. How can three of you form one? That does not make any sense to me.”
“I am God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.”
“So, you are three gods then?”
“No! We are three distinct persons, yet we are one God. We each have a will, love, speak and feel. We are copowerful, coeternal, and coequal.”
“Okay, so who is your Son and who is the Holy Spirit?” Ren asked as he walked, looking at his surroundings, as each time the scene would change, from Christians been tortured and burnt to scenic views of the isle of Patmos.
“Jesus is my Son, who died on the cross for man’s redemption. The Holy Spirit is the comforter. He dwells within my people and will guide them in the path of righteousness.”
“Oh, okay, let’s say I get that. What are your other names?”
“Jehovah Jireh—the Lord will provide. In Genesis 22, I provided a ram to be sacrificed instead of Abraham killing his son Isaac. I also provided my only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for the sins of man. I provided redemption for mankind.”
“You killed your own son in order to save us from ourselves. Wow. I guess you are not selfish then. I don’t know if I could sacrifice anyone for another.”
“Your only sacrifice is to put me first in all you do and to worship me in spirit and in truth. Once you put me first in all you do, I, God, will deliver all good things to you.”
“Okay, I see your point. But sometimes you take too long to move or work. People want things to happen as they pray. We are a people of the now, not later.”
“My timing is perfect. Nothing happens without my say. I am never late.”
“If that is the case, you allow a lot of hurt in the world, all for what? To prove that man can’t live without you?”
“Ren, when you step out of my will, anything can happen to you. That is why I want everyone to know who I am and what is to come and how to be victorious in all things.”
“All right! Fine, continue.”
“My next name is El Shaddai—God Almighty or God of the Mountains. I am omnipotent, all-powerful, and all mighty. I am ruler over the entire universe, the world, angels, Satan, and man. Then, Jehovah Shalom—The Lord is Peace. I give peace to all who choose to serve me and follow my Word and my Son’s footsteps (John 3:36). That is why ‘there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.’”
“And your seventh name?”
“Jehovah Rohi—the Lord is my Shepherd. Just as in Psalm 23: ‘The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He leaded me beside the still waters, he restores my soul. He leads me in the path of righteousness for his names sake. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in me in the presence of my enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.’”
“In other words, each of your names, you perform a specific action.”
“Yes!”
“I like this last one. I think I will use this one day. It is a nice prayer. Who wrote it?”
“David wrote it. Perhaps when you awake, you can read your Bible from the very beginning, Genesis. May I now continue to show you what is to come, or do you require more demonstration of my names.”
“No. I get it, continue. I would like to see what is to come.”

As time passed on while God continued to show Ren what was to come, he couldn’t help but feel like something was happening in his absence.
