Just as I was about to slide off the side of the roof, I heard Lev Morozov grunt… in pain. Despite my wounded pride, I looked over the roof to find him clutching his leg, blood dripping from it profusely. Guilt rose up to my throat, making it contract painfully as I carefully leapt down beside him. “What happened?” I demanded, swatting away his hands. The smell of salt and coppery blood wafted into my nose, increasing my guilt. “You pushed me off the roof.
