I am still standing in the same position Don left me in utter shock. What did he mean? Why am I so nervous? And why do I feel like I just did something terrible?
"That's because he is not our mate, Nina." Aurora sounded irritated. I think she is upset because I want Don to be our mate deep down inside. He has been kind since we first met, and more than that, I feel like he would genuinely cares about us. That was all just a dream, though. If our mate wouldn't love us, then who would?
