The atmosphere at the banquet here in Blood Soil territory could not be more different than at Fallen Leaf. The whole affair feels almost funereal. Though the dining hall is lushly decorated, it doesn’t feel welcoming. It’s a two story dining hall, with large cavernous ceilings that seem to echo when anyone so much as thinks. The floor is a shiny, reflective, white stone. The walls and ceiling are a somber ebony wood color, and the long tables, so different from our own cheery circular setup, are decorated with blood red table runners that match the velvet chairs and draperies. In a nod to the other portion of the pack’s name, there are beautiful and overflowing vases and pots scattered about the room growing beautiful and exotic plants.
