Kim wasn’t sure at exactly what point she’d decided to act on her attraction to Smith. It had been flitting around the edges of her consciousness for a while now, but given the physical distance between them and the fact she’d been otherwise occupied with Jota and Chastain when not doing ygrene-related stuff, it had been easy to leave it in a box to deal with later.
