Riley POV
My jaw almost falls at the sight before me. Yes, my guts were right all this time. However I didn't expect things to turn out as they are right now.
Finding the guy from earlier Lying down on the ground - almost lifeless with so much blood oozing out of some parts of his body and some of the cuts on his body.
My body suddenly gets tensed , fear creeps into my whole body at the thought that perhaps the old Waylen is back. The heartless one , the one who never minded minded about the feelings of others.
“ What is happening here ?” I finally find my voice when I get fully into the office. Waylen just stands emotionless, not saying anything at all.
I nervously move to where he is standing, getting hold of his hand .
“Are you okay, why do you look so tense - please talk to me ?
