The pudgy old man’s face turned red with fury and Hera knew in that moment that she was now in deep s**t.
Her heart thumped fast in her chest and her eyes went wide with fear. “Oh, s**t,” She said, taking one step backward and then she took another.
“Katherine! Run!” She yelled at the top of her lungs and the two women ran at full speed, pushing their way violently through the incredibly thick crowd.
Hera couldn’t help but admire the fact Katherine was always quick on her feet whenever trouble came and it seemed to always find them no matter how much they tried to avoid it.
Hera and Katherine managed to push through the crowd and they found their way out of the tavern, but they couldn’t relax just yet as the weird man was right behind them and he was incredibly fast for his size.
