Abby kept herself busy all day so she wouldn't be able to remember the bad stuff that had happened to her that morning but to her dismay, her bad day was not done with her.
"Miss Brooke, remind me. Is it your birthday today? My boss sent you these flowers." Becky asked as soon as she stepped into Abby's office, with all smiles all the way to her desk.
Becky placed the beautifully arranged flowers in front of her but Abby didn't even spare it a glance and just stood up to get to the door.
"Are you leaving already?" Becky asked, seeing that Abby was avoiding her.
