While Vic was at work, Matt kept busy around the house. The dishes from Christmas dinner needed to be put away, and there was laundry to be done, the bed to be made, the rugs to vacuum…before long, his libido dissolved beneath mundane household chores. After lunch, he took Sadie for a walk, something he didn’t usually get to do during the week, and because the weather was nice, he let her off the leash at the park near their apartment, where she chased squirrels while he watched.
