We have been having a lot of presentations for the past few weeks and we will be having the final presentation today. All the investors will be present, and I needed to look confident, to convince them that I knew what I was doing.
I searched my closet for a dress to make me stand out but I reminded myself that I was going to work, not a party. I settled for a flair dress and took my time to do my makeup. Unlike the nude one I do every day, I decided to add a little contour, eye shadow, and my favourite red lipstick.
Satisfied with my look, I headed straight to work.
Shelly informed me last night that Giovanni would be attending the meeting today with the other investors and maybe that was why I felt the need to make extra effort to look impressive.
