Giovanni led me back into the room and gave me his shirt to change into after cleaning up. My body felt numb and I was starting to feel drowsy from all the marathon we just had. I crashed on his bed, not minding if he minded or not, and the last thing I heard was him chuckling behind me.
I knew I had to get dressed and head home now since it was already getting dark outside, but I couldn't even stand on my own, so I would just relax for a few minutes.
I felt the weight of Giovanni sink into the bed, and I shifted for him, giving him more space to sleep so that I wouldn't be disturbing him before I blacked out completely.
